Loft Addition in Vaulted Ceiling
Loft Construction Videos
If you have high ceilings in your home then turn that wasted space into extra living space. A loft conversion allows people to transform their lifestyles and living spaces without the high cost of moving to a larger home. Adding a loft to a room in your house is one of the easiest and most practical solutions available for creating more space.
Doing a vaulted ceiling loft conversion is a cost effective way to improve your home, add square footage of extra living space and add value to your property. So it’s usually worth the extra effort as it can truly become an outstanding new feature in your home. So let yours become the showplace you have always dreamed of.
Our Primary Construction Services:
We really enjoy helping people blossom their home’s full potential and true appeal, such as shown in our kitchen remodeling videos. So that’s why our primary construction services are building in, building out, and building up residential homes. What that means is we focus on adding floor space by creating room additions.
- Building in means we use available space already within your home. For example, building a loft in empty vaulted ceiling space, or dividing a great room with a wall to create two separate rooms.
- Building out is when we add on a new room to your home. Generally we knock out a wall and expand floor space into your yard thus increasing the square footage of your home. Building out also involves new free standing construction such as an office, workshop, or granny flat.
- Building up is for going higher instead of outward. This is great for small yards where there is little to no space for building out. So we go upstairs with room additions.
